Share Portal

Safety Leaders,

As a step towards digitizing our reporting further we have launched the Share Portal. This portal serves as a one-stop solution for all reporting and compliance needs. The users can login to the portal using the link or QR Code given below. It’s also mobile-friendly and allows users to perform various operations, including:

  1. Completing Accident Summary reports
  2. Registering Technicians for JSAs/HSAs
  3. Allowing technicians on site to populate JSA/HSA

Please note that while Safety Leaders/Admins can access all the above modules, Technicians will only have access to the JSA/HSA module.

A. Accident Summary

  1. Login to the Share Portal
  2. Click on Service Logic – Accident Summary module
  3. Click on “Start New”
  4. Enter the details
  5. Submit

B. Register Technicians for JSAs/HSAs

  1. Login to the Share Portal
  2. Click on User Management module
  3. Click on “Start New” to add a new technician
  4. Enter the details
  5. Submit
  6. Share the Portal link and QR Code with Technicians

C. Technician JSA/HSA

  1. Login to the Share Portal
  2. Click on Service Logic – JHA
  3. Click on “Start New”
  4. Enter the details
  5. Submit
